As part of our commitment to your clinical trial, ACR Image Metrix assigns a specific project manager to monitor each phase for quality control and adherence to GCP standards and SOPs. Our project managers are responsible for:

• Providing a primary contact for your team
• Attending relevant team meetings, including planned joint face-to-face meetings and the kick off meeting
• Providing regular (weekly) project updates via teleconferences and any other form of communication as will be specified in the communication plan
• Preparing all requested material to be shipped and preparing slides, posters, presentations and meetings as you request
• Promptly informing your team of any problems or issues
• Recording meeting minutes for the team
• Interacting with our imaging core laboratory to oversee the imaging components of the trial
• Maintaining the investigator file
• Oversight for training and scheduling of the readers

Your study can have its own web address, where case reports, study manuals, protocols and other study documents reside. Customized for each project, the secure portals present a medium for direct, easy communication, connecting you with our staff.
